As there has been a sharp decrease in people using Facebook as well as unsubscriptions from the Weekly email, a new poster board is introduced to have a physical overview of the happening events and opportunities of that week and at the entrance of the academic building. If you would like to hang something up there, contact your CAO with the document attached. The document should be in PDF or Word format, so the AUC reception can directly send the document to print.
As for the email to your CAO, be sure to include the following:
- The size (A3 or A4), this could be changed depending on how full the poster board is that week
- Color or black & white
- The document itself, in PDF or Word format
